About us
Nature is closer than you think
It all started with one question: "so where are we going this weekend?"
We're a small team brought together not by an office, but by the habit of packing a backpack on Friday night. Mountains, trails, a campfire, tea from a thermos, a sunrise you only get to see if you're up at four in the morning.
And every time, the same routine: digging through a dozen group chats, tracking down a guide's number "through a friend of a friend", asking whether there are still spots left, negotiating the price, taking it all on trust. There are plenty of great routes and great guides around us — there just wasn't a simple way to find them. That's how Peakly started.
Nature isn't a backdrop. It's the whole point
We're honest about loving the places we live in. Ridges and foothills, lakes, rivers, mountain passes, forests — most of it is a couple of hours from the city, and all of it is worth the drive. And it's the same everywhere: every region and every country has trails you want to come back to.
Worth coming back to and not finding a plastic bag left by the path. So looking after these routes isn't a line in our terms of service — it's the condition that makes all of this worthwhile in the first place. We work with guides who see it the same way, and we count on our travellers to do the same.
Our mission
To make going outdoors a simple decision rather than a whole project.
Planning a hike or a weekend trip should be as easy as booking a table: open the app, pick, book, go. And it should be within reach for everyone — for people who've been walking the mountains for ten years, and for someone heading out for the very first time who isn't yet sure what boots to buy.
What's inside
A tour marketplace
A living feed of routes from guides and travel companies: photos and video, the track on a map, a day-by-day itinerary, a difficulty level, and honest reviews from people who've actually been. Pick a date, book and pay in a few taps — the guide gets paid once the tour is done.
A community of travellers
A place where the photos, routes and stories stay. Follow a guide, find people to go with, tag your friends, recommend a tour you loved, and build your own map of the places you've been.
Community tours
Our favourite part. If the tour you want doesn't exist yet, you create it: the route, the dates, a rough budget. Others join in, and once the group has come together, guides send in their offers and you choose the one that fits. Here demand comes first and supply follows.
A dashboard for guides and companies
Everything an organiser needs in one place: tours and schedules, bookings and participants, finances and payouts, statistics and promotion. No spreadsheets, no lost message threads, no "hold on, I think there's still one spot left".
A space for advertisers
A way to reach an audience that genuinely cares about the outdoors — with clear targeting and transparent statistics, and without being intrusive.
Where we're heading
Mountains are only the beginning. Camping and fishing are already here, and next comes everything else people leave the city for: recreation spots, weekend country houses, winter trips to the slopes.
Our map won't stop where we started, either. Neighbouring countries, then the wider region, and in time — routes anywhere in the world. It will all arrive step by step, but the principle stays the same: easy, honest, a few taps.
Come along
If you love the outdoors, you're in the right place. If you take people to the mountains — even more so.
