Processing of personal data in the «Peakly» service
Version: 1.0 · Date of publication: 01.08.2026 · Effective date: 01.08.2026
In brief
This is a summary. The full text of the Policy, published below on this page, is what has legal force.
What we collect. You give us: phone, name, e-mail, avatar; participants' details when booking; passport — only for international tours; health details and emergency contact — only if you choose to provide them. Collected automatically: IP, device, browser, what you viewed and searched for, approximate city. Precise location — only if you allow it.
What we do NOT collect: biometrics (fingerprints, facial recognition); genetic data; ethnicity, political or religious views; your full card details — we never see the number, expiry date or CVV, the payment provider handles those.
Why. So you can sign in, book, pay, get refunds, see relevant tours and contact support. Plus accounting and tax — required by law. Marketing only with your consent, and you can switch it off at any time.
Who we share it with. Your tour's guide — name, phone, participants' ages, your requests. Passport only for international tours; health details only if you provided them. From that point the guide is responsible for that data and must use it only to run the tour.
Our contractors — the payment system, SMS (Eskiz), push notifications (Firebase), Telegram, e-mail, hosting (NEW LINE SOLUTIONS), maps and analytics. Each under contract and only what they need.
State authorities — only in response to an official request made in accordance with the law.
We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
Where it is stored. Servers are in Uzbekistan, with the licensed provider NEW LINE SOLUTIONS. Backups are in the same place. By law, only biometrics, genetic data and telecom subscriber data must be stored in the country — we do not collect any of those, so the requirement does not apply to us, but we keep the data inside the country regardless. Some services — push notifications, Telegram, maps — operate abroad, and the minimum necessary is sent to them.
How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Account | While it exists + 90 days to restore it |
| Bookings and payments | 5 years — required by law |
| Your content | Until you delete it + 12 months in backups |
| Passport | Until the tour ends + 1 year |
| Health details | Until the tour ends + 1 year |
| Location | 6 months |
| Technical logs | 12 months |
| Support enquiries | 3 years |
Your rights. You can view your data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, unsubscribe from marketing, switch off feed personalisation, and challenge an automated decision. Most of it is in your profile settings. For the rest, write to support@peakly.uz and we will respond within 15 business days.
We will only decline to delete what we need for outstanding bookings, accounting and handling claims. We will tell you if that applies.
Cookies. Four categories: essential (sign-in will not work without them), functional, analytics and marketing. The last three can be switched off on your first visit and at any time afterwards in privacy settings.
Children. The service is not for children under 14. From 14 to 18 — with a parent's consent. A child participant's details are entered by an adult.
If there is a breach. We will fix it, notify the state authority, and write to you — what happened and what to do.

- maintaining a register of processors and concluding agreements with them.
8.3. Incident response. Where unauthorised access is identified that creates a risk of infringing subjects' rights, the Operator:
- immediately takes measures to remedy the consequences;
- notifies the authorised state body in the manner and within the timeframes prescribed by law;
- notifies affected data subjects via available communication channels, describing the nature of the incident and recommended measures.
